What is antiparochi
Under antiparochi, the owner provides the plot and the builder covers, at its own cost, the studies, the permits and the construction of the building. In return, the owner receives finished apartments in the new building, in a share agreed from the start in the contract.
Your plot becomes modern apartments, without you financing the construction and without having to manage contractors.

How we work

First meeting and assessment
We visit the plot and check its building regulations and potential.

Proposal
We present a preliminary design of the building and a proposal for the antiparochi shares.

Contract
We sign a notarial contract setting out the terms, the apartments that are yours and the schedule.

Studies and permits
We prepare the studies and handle the issuing of the building permit.

Construction
We build the apartment building and keep you regularly updated on progress.

Handover
You receive your apartments ready, with all the necessary documents.
